Personally, giving a vent to pressure is a must and it is significant to choose a right way to release pressure. Faced with high pressure, some become crapulent, some yell in KTV and others may resort to extreme ways.
From my point of view, there are several good ways to release high pressure. Firstly, doing some sports does help, such as jogging, swimming and playing ball games. When I feel depressed, I always go jogging. Secondly, it is better to speak out your feelings under high pressure to someone you confide in. Just putting it aside may lead to a vicious circle. Finally, try to see things in a positive perspective.
Of course, someone may have his or her own unique and efficient approach to deal with high pressure.
