廣州國際語言培訓中心擁有一支高素質(zhì)的“梯隊化”中外教師資團隊,每個班采用至少5人以上的團隊教學,含導師、外教、講師、班主任及助教。他們每個人都有自己的影響力,擁有豐富的教學經(jīng)驗,敬業(yè)投入、認真耐心、知識面廣,有著穩(wěn)定的心態(tài)和誠懇的態(tài)度,贏得了一批又一批學員的認可和贊譽。我們團隊的自信,來自于學員們的成功,來自于社會的認可和口碑的回報。

 Melody老師

◆ Melody WANG

本校行政與外事主管、專職高級培訓師。曾任大學英語專業(yè)教師多年(1989-1996),從事全封閉英語教學近10年,主講教師,浸泡式快樂交際教學法創(chuàng)始人之一,擅長使用快樂聽說交際教學法教授英語口語、聽力以及IELTS(雅思)寫作和口語,教學經(jīng)驗豐富,方法多樣奏效,教學認真投入,教學應變能力強,教學效果優(yōu)秀,受到各個層次的學生的歡迎和好評。主要著作有《英語詞匯的特點》、《英語聽說愉快教學探索》等。Melody的豐富的跨文化交流經(jīng)驗可以助您少走彎路,早日達成您自由交流的夢想。

Ivy老師

◆ Ivy LIU

本校專職教學總監(jiān)、專職高級培訓師。此前一直擔任廣東外語外貿(mào)大學專業(yè)教師,教授英語口語、綜合英語、聽力、閱讀、經(jīng)貿(mào)英語等課程。Ivy Liu是英語聽說浸泡式快樂交際教學法創(chuàng)始人之一,擅長教授英語口語、聽力、閱讀和IELTS(雅思)口語。教學經(jīng)驗豐富、教學方法靈活多樣、教學應變能力強、能夠把浸泡式快樂交際教學法發(fā)揮到極至,因此教學效果優(yōu)秀,受到各個層次的學生的歡迎和愛戴,多次獲教學成果獎和優(yōu)秀教師獎。她所教的《新概念英語》(New Concept English)、《走遍美國》(Family Album USA)等課程是學生的愛。主要著作:《英語聽說愉快教學探索》、《簡明漢英搭配詞典》、《法律英語核心教程》、《論文學風格的翻譯》、《曹操的四言詩英譯問題探討》等。

Anton老師

◆ Anton

Originally from Cumberland, MD, USA, I have travelled, and worked in different countries and for the last 5 years I have been in Guangzhou. Prior to coming to ILC I have worked in numerous positions, both as a teacher and as a private English tutor, so I have had a chance to teach students of various ages, backgrounds, and levels of English proficiency. I pride myself on my ability to connect and communicate with any student, whether they are 12 or 52 years old, and on being able to create a positive, engaging atmosphere in the classroom. In class I do not just teach the language itself, but I also try to educate students about the western culture, traditions, customs and the life in the west in general.

美國籍外教。英俊瀟灑的他,常和學生打成一片,充分利用各種情景,時刻培養(yǎng)學生開口說英語的習慣,以純正的語音和英語國家文化影響著身邊的學生,讓學生在無形中取得英語口語的提高。

Bryan老師

◆Bryan

加拿大籍商務英語專家Bryan Hoover,精通商務英語,教授Market Leader (1-4冊)等商務英語教材多年,心得體會頗深,善于從商業(yè)道德等角度引導學生探討商務及商務語言學習,善于發(fā)掘?qū)W生潛質(zhì)。Bryan口音純正,語音清晰,幽默風趣,個性突出,感染力強,授課技巧精湛,課堂設計有創(chuàng)意,深受學員喜愛。耐心細致,喜歡陪愛學習的學員聊天。Bryan曾擔任高等教育出版社《商務英語翻譯(漢譯英)》(2007)的主審,其專業(yè)能力獲得好評。

澳洲籍培訓師,具有豐富的商務英語教學經(jīng)驗,擅長演講。他是我校主打的商務英語主導老師,其商務案例分析無不讓學生佩服。除了課堂理論教學,他還非常注重帶領學生進行實地商務考察學習,讓學生能有機會學以致用,更好地掌握商務知識和提高口語表達能力。

Peny老師

◆ Peny

新西蘭籍外教,擁有著九個兄弟姐妹,家中排行老三。出自于書香門第的Peny 繼承父愿,成為了一名教師。自1986年,Peny 受雇于新西蘭教育局,擁有新西蘭教師注冊局TRB頒發(fā)的教師資格證、奧克蘭師范學院文憑、新西蘭維多利亞惠靈頓大學授予的ESL(英語作為第二外語的教學專業(yè)文憑),歷年來所教學生包括大中小學以及各機構(gòu)商業(yè)人士,曾先后任教于澳大利亞及韓國等國。

關于教學理念,Peny 認為,教育是終身的,教師是領路者,應該激發(fā)學生的潛能和天賦,鼓勵學生大限度地發(fā)展。教師不能一味地灌輸語法詞匯,因為學生不是空無一物的容器,而是一個個鮮活動感的個體,等待著老師的引導。

Enya老師

◆ Enya

I am Enya, approachable and patient. I tend to be strict and tough on students. Having been dedicated in English training since I graduated from university, I mainly aim to help students improve the fluency and effectiveness in communication. I make every effort to inspire students to think independently and encourage them to speak actively, so that effective interaction was enhanced. What's more, the way I instructed students to practice in virtual situation is really beneficial, because it contributes greatly to show students how to speak naturally like the native speaker does.

【特色】親切耐心,但對學生嚴格要求。從畢業(yè)至今一直專注于英語培訓, 旨在幫助學生提高英語溝通的流利度和準確性。在教學過程中擅長啟發(fā)式教學,鼓勵他們?nèi)ラ_口講。更重要的是,引導學生在模擬情景中去練習,這對于訓練學生像母語者一樣自然地表達大有裨益。

I am Diego, form Hunan province. I majored in English at college. I really love English because the more I master it, the more beauties I get out of it. And I am eager to share it with you. Learning English is like building a house, and I will help you lay a solid foundation --- English structures, spoken English and listening. It's OK to make mistakes in my classes, because that's how you learn.

With the past few years' working practice, I have set my goal to become a good teacher, and I know there is still a long way to go. To get well prepared, I have been taking much effort in this field. During my campus time, I was a haunter of the library. On the other hand, I thought I have been well fashioned to be a teacher in terms of my character. I have got patience, industry, enthusiasm, great passion for education, and the willingness to take responsibility which is the fundamental prerequisite to be a teacher.

My name is Amma. English is my major and after the graduation I'm engaged in English teaching with the English teacher qualification. I love my students and my career deeply. As we konw ,the function of language is communication. So in my class, more focus on training students' ability of oral English were given. After structure training, students are supposed to grasp English characteristics comprehensively. With lots of practice and gradual improvements, finally let the students to speak English out confidently.

I have been actively providing training to students in middle and high schools. My teaching is based on children being relaxed and having fun and learning in a natural way by using the language.

I graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, granted B.A. in English, British and American Literature as major field. I am religious and patient. I mainly focus on helping students get high marks in their listening and reading. Nothing is impossible for a willing mind.
