深圳國際交流學院2020年線上入學考試安排

前言：目前國內(nèi)各地針對疫情防控、人員流動聚集的監(jiān)管措施依然極其嚴格，出于對全體考生的健康考慮，和對深圳市疫情防控措施的遵守，學校經(jīng)過慎重研究決定將2020年入學考試改為線上進行。過去一段時間以來，深國交嚴密組織測試在線考試系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)過多輪測試將確保入學考試有序進行。現(xiàn)將考試安排公布如下：

考生范圍：已經(jīng)報考了2020年4月12日或5月17日入學考試的考生。

考試時間：2020年5月24日上午9：00開始（北京時間），時長待定。

考試形式：在線考試（考生在家中使用電腦登錄自己的考試賬號進行考試；學校通過考生自備的手機進行監(jiān)考）

考試環(huán)境、電子設備軟硬件要求：

1）獨立安靜的房間；

2）穩(wěn)定且流暢的網(wǎng)絡：網(wǎng)絡帶寬不低于20Mbps，建議使用帶寬50Mbps或以上的獨立光纖網(wǎng)絡；

3）電腦：可以上網(wǎng)、帶有功能正常的攝像頭、耳機、麥克風，Windows（win7及以上）及macOS（10.0以上）操作系統(tǒng)；

4）手機：帶正常上網(wǎng)功能（wifi或移動數(shù)據(jù)）且前置攝像頭正常工作的手機，Android4.0以上或iOS系統(tǒng)10.0以上。蘋果機型：推薦iPhone8及以上，iPadAir2及以上；安卓機型：推薦最近2年機型，不推薦使用安卓系統(tǒng)PAD；

5）手機支架：用于固定手機拍攝考生正面進行監(jiān)考。

說明：

1.深國交線上入學考試采用考試、監(jiān)考雙系統(tǒng)，目前系統(tǒng)都已經(jīng)開發(fā)測試完畢。

2.《考生須知》、如何進行軟件下載安裝、如何登錄考試平臺和監(jiān)考平臺、如何進行模擬考試等具體細節(jié)，將在深國交考生個人主頁“重要通知“處發(fā)布，請耐心等待。

3.原定于6月27日的考試，考試時間暫時不變，考試形式請等待進一步通知。

2020 SCIE Online Entrance Examination Notice

Under the current epidemic situation, the local governments in different areas still take strict measures controlling the personal gathers and flows. After comprehensive considerations of?the candidates’ health and safety and the Shenzhen epidemic prevention and control regulations, we decided to have the Entrance Exam 2020 online instead of on-site. In the previous time, SCIE has put great efforts testing the online exam system and?will make sure it will be well-organized. Hereafter is the detailed plan:?

Apply to: Candidates who have enrolled the 1st Round Exam (on April 12th, 2020) or the 2nd??Round Exam (on May 17th, 2020).

Exam Starting Time: 9:00 am?(Beijing?Time), May 24th, 2020;

Exam Ending Time: To Be Determined.

Exam Type: Online

Candidates should login the personal exam account on their own computer at home to take the exam; Invigilation will be conducted via the other cellphone which also need to be prepared by candidates themselves.?

Environment and Equipment Supports:?

1) An isolated and quiet room;

2) Stable and smooth internet：the network bandwidth should not be less than 20Mbps. It is highly ?recommended to use independent optical network of 50Mbps or above.

3) A computer：it can search the internet, with camera, earphone and microphone all in good function; Windows operating system( Win 7 or above) and macOS(10.0 or above) operating system;

4) A cellphone：with internet access over wifi or mobile data network and a workable front-facing camera: Android 4.0 or above, OS system 10.0 or above. For Apple users, iPhone 8 or above, iPad Air 2 or above are suggested; For Android users, we recommend the last 2 years' phone models; Android Pad is unsuitable for use;

5) A phone holder: hold?the phone to capture candidate’s front face for invigilation purpose.

Notes:

1. Online Exam will be run on a dual system – Exam System and Invigilation System. Up to the date of notice, the two?Systems?have both passed the testing procedure.?

2. Later on, there will be a detailed “Candidate Notice” publish explaining how to download and login the examination and invigilation platform, and how to take the mock exam. Please pay close attention to the “Important Notice” on SCIE Entrance Exam Candidate Personal Page. Thanks for your patience.

3. Exam on June 27th 2020 will still take place on time. For the exam type up to further notice.
